SEAFORD MUSIC POLICIES
- Our stocklist changes daily so please call for availability of
the particular instrument you are interested in.
At that time, we will be glad to give you an in-hand description
of the instrument including any known problems or irregularities.
Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, postal money order,
certified check, or personal check. Personal checks must clear
before we can ship the instrument.
- We can ship using most available carriers and make every attempt
to ship by the most cost effective method. We do not charge extra handling charges,
however shipping and insurance must be pre-paid by the customer.
Approval-We offer a 72 hour approval period on all instruments beginning from the
time of delivery. If you note any problems with the instrument or have any
questions we would ask that you call as soon as possible.
Damage claims from shipping shall be directed to the shipper, and the purchaser
is responsible to handle those claims.
- If you are not happy with your purchase, and wish to return it,
you must notify us within 72 hours and obtain a return authorization number.
Without an RA number, we cannot accept the instrument back. After we receive the
instrument back in the same condition it left in, we will refund 100% of the
purchase price of the instrument. We do not refund the shipping and insuring
expenses, and all returns must be shipped and insured back to us at your
- We will layaway any purchase for up to 60 days with at least 25% of the
purchase price down. Layaway down payments are not refundable. Any instrument
in the layaway program is not eligible for return or the 72 hour approval period.
Instruments on layaway will be shipped as soon as they are paid in full.
- Photographs are available for instruments in printed form by mail,
or JPEG format by E-mail. There is a charge of $5.00 per set for prints which is
refundable upon purchase of the instrument. Please call to discuss any special requests and we will try to accommodate them.
